Patricia is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, working out of the New Windsor office. She has been working in the field for 33 years. She has represented both buyers and sellers in all parts of Orange, Ulster and Dutchess counties. She has earned many designations which include Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR),Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
